Senior Software Engineer – ServiceFabric

Location: Dubai, UAE (Hybrid)
Type: Full-time

About the role
You will be a core contributor to ServiceFabric, our AI control plane for MSP and MSSP operations. You will design, build, and operate backend services and integrations that power AI-driven workflows in real customer environments.

What you will do

• Design and implement backend services, APIs, and data models for ServiceFabric

• Build and maintain integrations with security, IT, and ticketing systems (e.g., SIEM, EDR, RMM, PSA)

• Collaborate with product and AI teams to turn runbooks and workflows into reliable automation

• Own features end-to-end: design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring

• Contribute to secure, observable, and scalable platform architecture

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience in backend software engineering (e.g., Python, Go, or similar)

• Strong experience with cloud-native architectures (containers, microservices, message queues)

• Experience building integrations with third-party APIs or enterprise systems

• Solid understanding of reliability, performance, observability, and security-by-design

• Bonus: experience in MSP/MSSP, cybersecurity, or IT operations

About the role
You will focus on applied AI for security and operations: designing, evaluating, and deploying AI agents and models that automate L1/L2 tasks in NOC, SOC, and helpdesk environments.

What you will do

• Build and tune AI agents that follow customer runbooks, policies, and constraints

• Design evaluation frameworks and guardrails to ensure safe, reliable AI behavior

• Work closely with engineering to integrate AI into ServiceFabric and customer workflows

• Analyze real operational data to identify automation opportunities and measure impact

• Stay close to the field: understand how MSPs/MSSPs and SMEs run their operations

What we are looking for

• 3+ years in applied ML/AI, ideally in production environments

• Experience with LLM-based systems and orchestration frameworks is a strong plus

• Solid software engineering skills (Python, testing, CI/CD, version control)

• Familiarity with security, incident response, or IT operations is highly desirable

• Comfort working with imperfect, noisy, real-world data and systems

Product Manager – AI Security Solutions

About the role
You will own the roadmap for AI-driven security and operations products such as ServiceFabric and our AI Firewall. You will translate partner needs (MSPs, MSSPs, SMEs) into clear product direction and ship features that materially reduce toil and incident handling time.

What you will do

• Define and own the product roadmap for AI-powered cybersecurity operations

• Work closely with customers to deeply understand their workflows, runbooks, and constraints

• Write clear product specs and collaborate with engineering/AI teams to deliver

• Prioritize based on impact, feasibility, and feedback from pilots and deployments

• Track product metrics (adoption, time saved, incidents handled, satisfaction)

What we are looking for

• 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or platform products

• Experience in cybersecurity, IT operations, or AI/automation products

• Strong ability to work with technical teams and translate complexity into clarity

• Comfortable running customer discovery, pilots, and iterative releases

• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

About the role
You will be the technical partner to our customers—MSPs, MSSPs, and security teams—helping them understand, design, and adopt SequentGrid’s AI-driven solutions in their environments.

What you will do

• Run technical demos and discovery sessions with prospects and existing partners

• Design solution architectures that integrate SequentGrid with customer tools and workflows

• Lead pilots and POCs, ensuring smooth deployment and clear value demonstration

• Translate customer requirements into product feedback and feature ideas

• Support GTM efforts with technical content, enablement, and field insights

What we are looking for

• 3+ years in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar customer-facing technical role

• Strong understanding of MSP/MSSP operations, security tools, and IT ecosystems

• Ability to design and explain architectures involving APIs, integrations, and automation

• Comfortable talking to both technical teams (SOC/NOC, engineers) and business leaders

• Willingness to travel occasionally for key customer meetings or events
